General Employment Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our group organizations (CrossShore Solutions, CrossShores Infotech, Social App Creation). We value transparency, mutual trust, and long-term collaboration with all our employees and interns. The following are our general employment terms and conditions applicable to individuals joining our team:

 

1. Minimum Service Commitment

  • All employees and interns joining under our training-to-employment or direct employment program are required to commit to a minimum tenure of 18 months (1.5 years) from the date of joining the organization as a full-time employee. In the case of an intern, the internship duration is excluded.
  • This clause is designed to ensure mutual investment of time, training, and resources.

2. Security of Educational Certificates

  • As a part of the mutual agreement and commitment to the tenure, the employee is required to submit copies of their original educational certificates as a security deposit at the time of joining.
  • These certificates will be safely held and returned upon successful completion of the agreed tenure.
  • The submission of these documents does not infringe on the employee’s rights or ownership and is purely a security measure.

3. Early Exit Clause

  • In case the employee chooses to leave the organization before completing the 1.5-year tenure, the employee shall be liable to reimburse the full amount of stipend or salary or incentive or any other perks paid to them during their tenure.
  • This is to compensate the company for the training, onboarding, and operational investments made.

4. Notice Period

  • Upon successful completion of the 1.5-year agreement period, if the employee chooses to resign, a mandatory notice period of 2 months is required.
  • The notice must be given in writing and accepted by the reporting manager or HR.
  • Failure to serve the full notice period may result in deduction or settlement adjustments as per company policy.

5. Termination and Breach

  • Violation of the above terms, misconduct, or material breach of any agreement may result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal remedies as applicable.

6. Legal Standing

  • These conditions apply to all employees or interns of the company and while applying and accepting the offer from the company, you agree to fulfill the same. Failing to these terms are direct violation of the employment terms and is subject to legal action if required. No other verbal or written document supersedes these terms published on the website for all interns or employees of the company in case of any conflict.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
